Return Policy


You may return your SEKA product within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that all original and return shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.
To be eligible, the product must be in new, unused condition and include all original items: original packaging, instructions, warranty cards, and small parts.
To start a return, contact SEKA Bike Customer Service to receive instructions for returning the frameset.
SEKA may refuse returns if the product is used, incomplete or missing parts.
Returns are only accepted for items bought directly from SEKA official online store, not from third-party retailers.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
Delivery


Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping to most locations in the U.S. and Canada takes 10-14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Duties and Import Taxes

All applicable import duties and taxes are included in the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
